First Annual CEA Festival
All bids must be made in person. You can place your bids at the CEA Center anytime during the CEA Festival February 22 and 23, and at the CEA Festival Happy Hour at Lol-Ha Beach Bar on February 23 from 5:30–6:30. The highest bidders will be announced at the CEA Festival Gala Event at the Lol-Ha Restaurant.
