Help Akumal recycle! Pollution from human waste and garbage is a huge problem worldwide. Akumal is no different. Please take care. Take a minute to separate your recyclables and organics and help us reduce the impact of our presence. If your home or condo does not have a recycling program, you may bring your glass, aluminum, PET or PETE plastic, and paper to the CEA recycling bins located around Akumal, like the ones across the road from the Akumal Dive Shop, for recycling.
