CEA's Electronic Newsletter, Edition 2, November 2002

We at CEA wish all of you a Happy Thanksgiving and we hope you enjoy our second electronic newsletter. At this time of year we realize how fortunate we are and our successes are due to the support and help from all of you. We have had some wonderful accomplishments this year, such as the improvement in the water quality which was a joint effort by those in our community who built constructed wetlands as well as supporters, donors, members and researchers. We can make a difference when we all work together!

We would like to encourage everyone to renew your memberships for 2003. Let's join forces to achieve our goal of a contamination free Akumal by 2005. And for those who would like to do their Holiday shopping on-line, remember that our CEA store is now open and all proceeds, from the sales of T-shirts, hats, turtle adoptions and memberships, support CEA.
