All of us at CEA wish all of you a Happy 2004. We thank you for supporting CEA's 10 years of monitoring the impact of development on the regional ecosystems and culture reporting our findings and their significance to the public through education; and, through education, influencing public policy which ultimately will help us save the Great Mesoamerican Barrier Reef. This would not be possible without the support of all our members and contributors.
As a special thanks to all our CEA Friends, we will be expanding our CEA Friends section to include stories, memories, thoughts and photos from you, our supporters. Please take a moment and make sure we have you listed, and please send your information to info@ceakumal.org.
We have lots of exciting things planned for 2004, such as, our 10th anniversary symposium to be held at CEA May 25-29, 2004 and a hands-on
workshop in solar theory and installation, March 2-9, 2004. We will keep you posted on these events and more in our Electronic Newsletters and on our Website http://www.ceakumal.org.

By David Nuńez. Learn why it is important for us to get back to a place where we realize fully that we are a part of nature, a part of our environment. How do we get there? By imagining it. Through education. By supporting environmentally-conscious candidates. By demanding eco-friendly goods and services. And by supporting your friendly neighborhood environmental center.
