CEA welcomes individuals involved in scientific research of coastal marine ecosystems, sea turtles, birds, bats, fish, trees, plants, corals, fireflies, indigenous cultures, bugs, spiders...whatever you might imagine. If you are going to be visiting the Akumal area and would like to plan and event, please e-mail us your itinerary and proposed event and we will review your proposal and if possible put you into our schedule. The CEA center has a slide projector, overhead projector and VCR for audio visual support. CEA can provide a simple, rustic room in our la cancha area free for the night of your special event.
